All sales are final. We cannot promise that you will like the fragrance you ordered (if it is a blind buy). Our policy for returns and refunds is stringent. We only accept 'unopened' products. We will not accept returns if the outside packaging or box has been opened, regardless of the circumstances unless an item is damaged. Please keep in mind that perfume is very unique to every nose and totally subjective. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for items that have been used solely because you are not happy with the scent.
If there are any issues with the item you purchased, we need you to photograph all packaging samples and/or bottles. You must inform us of any problems with your order within five days of receipt to be qualified for a replacement.
If you need to return an item, please email [email protected] within two days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in the email.
